FaL-G is the name of the products after its ingredients, Fly ash, Lime and Gypsum. The item is intended to be designed in two different ways one is Lime route and other is Cement route. In both cases, the pozzolanic reactions are inventively fortified by sulphate chemistry, in order to make FaL-G as the cement product. Also the Fal-G bricks are substitutes to the traditional burnt clay bricks used for construction.

Technology:

FaL-G is a technological renaissance of the pozzolanic chemistry proven for its strength and durability. FaL-G is a ground blend of Fly Ash, Lime and Gypsum in suitable proportions which, upon chemical compound supply, gives strengths in the range of 6 - 40 MPa, rendering a highly water impervious hard matrix, with the formation of mineralogical phases during hydration similar to those of Ordinary Portland Cement (OPC). The quantity of lime and gypsum are dependent upon the chemical constituents and the behavior of fly ash. The technology is thus custom built with process parameters to make a product of strong. Use of FaL-G does not confine only to brick but also gets extended to concrete.
